On Saturday December 30th the Shotgun Faction of our club held its annual “Chili “shoot with 18 shooters participating. Greg Stewart and the upriver guys did a great job planning both the shoot and the meal. Everyone enjoyed the 75 bird shoot and the variety of targets they presented. Each shooter got to shoot 25 Sporting Clay birds in the woods, 25 birds on the Skeet field and the last 25 birds on the trap field. By doing this each shooter had to be on his game in order to do well on all 3 courses.

The top 3 shooters were:
1st place – Bernd Zur Nedden -Score 66 ( 23/23/20 )
2nd Place – Ralph McCray – Score –61 (25/15/21 )
3rd Place – Ray McCray - Score – 53 ( 15/19/19 )

After the shoot was finished a lot of the boys stayed around all afternoon and ate and told stories (Some true,some not so true) It was a great day for all.

Once again thanks to all the workers for making this shoot a success as well as all the shooters who participated.
