Meeting was called to order and the agenda was duly moved and passed.
Minutes of last annual meeting were not available.
Treasurer’s report was distributed, discussed and passed.
Old Business
Certification of Rifle Range discussed at great length.
It was decided that the work be postponed until spring, we would try to obtain more quotes.
The feelings of the club were if we could not have the work done for $12,000 we would strongly look at moving the berm to 200 yards.
At this point the range is solid ground and since all the shale would have to be trucked in, it should last.
On Motion it was moved and seconded that we proceed in this fashion.     Motion Passed.

These people made decisions for all. Do not complain. All members were called and more should have showed up.
